I have setup a label in all categories called "Action Required".
I am using this to get a bunch of stuff out of my "todo list" spreadsheet and into the forum where everyone can see it.
In any board you can see what topics are labelled "Action Required" and if you click the label itself you will get a list of any topics on that board which are labelled as such.
I'm basically doing this as a self-administrative tool but if you are interested in contributing and you want to know how you can help, just check out the Action Required label in a board of your interest and read through the thread to find out where things are up to and what's required.
