Something timothymarkjones and I have discussed but which Tim doesn't have the technical skills for and I don't have the time for is taking each of the videos we've done, extracting small quotes, top and tailing them with AEP branding and then posting them to the YouTube channel, sharing them on Twitter and FB so that people who don't go in for longer format discussions can still view them.
Another thing would be to use Vine to create very small snippets.
If you're interested in helping out with this, I can grant you access to the YouTube channel as an admin. I've also created twitter.com/employmentparty for the purpose of having a non tim/iain related Twitter account.
